Jean-Baptiste LUCAS was appointed Chief Executive Officer in October 2021.
Prior to joining McPhy, Mr. Lucas, 50, was since January 2019 the Managing Director of IPS B.V, a Dutch packaging technology group owned by Apollo Management, where he led the successful resizing and turnaround of the company. Between 2011 and July 2017, Mr. Lucas spent 6.5 years in Bahrain, working for industrial companies owned by the kingdom’s sovereign wealth fund as Managing Director of GARMCO, where he led the construction of an aluminum casthouse, and previously as Executive Vice President of ALBA, where he was responsible for casthouses operations, operational excellence, metallurgy and global sales and marketing. Prior to that, Mr. Lucas spent 13 years with the Pechiney Group, now Alcan, where he was General Manager in Switzerland, heading the Aerospace, Transportation and Industry division after having headed sales and marketing in Germany. Mr. Lucas began his career in 1996 with the French management consulting firm Bossard Consultants. He is a former French Foreign Trade Advisor and a graduate of ESCP.

Antoine RESSICAUD joined McPhy in 2021 as Chief Manufacturing, Procurement & Quality Officer. He is appointed Chief Operating Officer in September 2022.
Antoine oversees the Manufacturing, Procurement, Production and Industrialization activities of the company. He also defines and implements the highest quality standards and processes, for a state-of-the art industrial business and ensures strategic and operational alignment with the other departments of the company.
Antoine has a proven track record in the Energy industry – before joining McPhy, he held several leadership roles at Alstom General Electric in Lean Management, Industrial Management and Procurement Management.
Prior to that, Antoine spent 12 years working in the automotive industry (at Valeo), mainly in Industrial Management positions in France and Spain.
Antoine graduated from INSA Rouen as a Mechanical Engineer and also holds degrees from the Michigan Ross school of Business and CEDEP.

Alexander PICCO joined McPhy in 2020 as Chief Project Management Officer.
He oversees McPhy projects and, in close cooperation with all McPhy departments, ensures that they are completed on time and on budget as well as in line with the high expectations of our customers.
Alexander began his career in 2003 at Siemens AG Power Generation (now Siemens Energy AG) as a Quality Manager and welding engineer on major construction sites. In 2008 he moved to Project Management at Siemens and was involved in international multi-billion-dollar projects.
Due to his more than 17 years of activity in the construction of gas and steam turbine power plants, Alexander has a wealth of experience in the implementation of large EPC projects, as well as a broad technical knowledge and an extensive expertise in site and project management with an international context.
Alexander completed his diploma in engineering and business administration at the university for Applied Sciences and Arts (HAWK) in Goettingen.

Nouchine HUMBERT joined McPhy in 2024 as Chief Sales and Strategy Officer. Nouchine oversees the sales team and the strategy function. Nouchine has a proven track record in green hydrogen and global market development. Before joining McPhy, she was Global Market Director at W.L. Gore for 7 years and led the development of a new offering and business in Electrolysis as well as delivered accelerated growth in more established markets, including grid and battery markets.
In 2014, Nouchine moved to Germany and worked at OSRAM in Corporate Strategy. Prior to that, Nouchine spent 8 years working at a French EPC (Spie batignolles), where she led the development of innovative service offerings.
Nouchine started her career at 3M France, where she held several positions in Corporate Marketing, New Business Development, and acted as a board advisor. Nouchine graduated from E.M. Lyon (MBA).

Bertrand AMELOT joined McPhy in 2014 as the Sales Director for France and the Benelux. After serving as Deputy General Manager in charge of Sales and Marketing (Chief Commercial Officer), where he coordinated sales leaders and led the marketing function, he is now the Director of Business Development and Country Leader of McPhy Italy.
Between 1996 and 2014, Bertrand held various management positions in the industrial and energy sectors. He began his career as a Business Development Manager in Italy for Lafarge Aluminates, before being appointed Director of the European Supply Chain. He then joined Saint-Gobain Desjonquères as Supply Chain Director.
In 2010, Bertrand entered the energy sector with COFELY Services (ENGIE), where he held several commercial management positions. In 2009, he also participated in the launch of a start-up in the solar energy sector.
Alexandre BRUNET

Alexandre BRUNET joined McPhy in September 2022 as Chief Financial Officer. Alexandre manages Finance and IT functions: together with his team, he accompanies the development of McPhy while ensuring financial control.
After being Senior Manager within the audit and consulting firm PwC, Alexandre joined Schneider Electric, where he developed a wide experience of the Finance function, at both corporate and operational levels. He first integrated the Mergers & Acquisitions Department and then became Head of Investor Relations for the Group.
Afterwards, Alexandre occupied several positions as CFO of operational entities, all multinational, with diverse activities: commercial, projects and services, supply chain. He notably spent 5 years in Copenhagen to take the responsibility of the Nordic-Baltic subsidiary and contributed as well to the creation of a worldwide IT Division.
Alexandre graduated from ESCP Business School and holds the DESCF degree as part of the French Certified Public Accountant course.
Anne DELPRAT

Anne DELPRAT joined McPhy in April 2021 as Chief Human Resources Officer. She manages the Human Resources function globally, defines HR strategy in line with the needs and vision of the business, participates in implementing the HR road map and contributes to the development of the McPhy culture.
Anne began her career as recruiter for the European textile branch of the Sara Lee Corporation (DIM SAS). She was involved in the employer brand communication project before moving to the position of HR Manager for Playtex SAS.
In 2009, she joined the chemical industry as HR Manager France at Stepan Company. Within a business partner approach, she supported the company’s growth, reviewed HR processes, established social policies and launched corporate HR initiatives. In 2013, she became HR Director for the surfactants business in Europe, supporting 300 employees in 6 countries.
With her multicultural experience and her ability to bring people together, she has obtained positive results in the deployment of ambitious HR initiatives and change management.
Anne holds a 4-year Master’s degree in Law and a Master’s in HR.

Benoît BARRIÈRE joined McPhy in May 2022 as Chief Technology Officer. Before joining McPhy, Benoît was CEO of Energy Pool, an international SME which values the energy flexibility of its electro-intensive industrial customers and supports their reflections on low-carbon energy consumption. He began his career in 1997 and has worked for 20 years in Energy and Chemical industrial groups (Total / Arkema / CGG), including 7 years in innovation/R&D, 6 years in charge of operational activities (including 2 years in Indonesia) and 7 years in strategy/finance/M&A. After that, he has worked for 4 years in consulting, supporting large groups and mid-sized companies in their strategic thinking and transformation projects, in particular within a start-up that was developing a collaborative digital platform to boost the collective intelligence of organizations.
Benoît holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Paris 6 and graduated from Ecole Normale Supérieure in Paris.

Laëtitia PEYRAT joined McPhy in May 2022 as General Counsel & Board Secretary.
Laëtitia leads the legal function and, in this position, defines McPhy’s legal strategy in line with the Group’s vision, corporate culture and growth objectives.
With more than 16 years of experience in an international environment, Laëtitia has extensive expertise in business law and in the management of strategic projects for large industrial groups.
Prior to joining McPhy, Laëtitia was M&A Counsel at Linklaters LLP and then Legal Director (M&A, Corporate & Finance) at Imerys.
Laëtitia holds a Master’s degree in Business Law – Diploma in Corporate Counsel ( Université de Poitiers) and a Master of Laws in Commercial Law (University of Bristol). She is a qualified lawyer and a former member of the Paris Bar.
